A template filled with real data — every time
A template consists of text or HTML with dynamic variables: "Hi {{customerName}}, your {{make}} {{model}} ({{plate}}) is ready for pickup at {{shopName}}." When the template is used — manually from an order or automatically via a flow — the variables are filled with data from the event.
There are three template types. Email templates have rich HTML, logo and brand. SMS templates are plain text with character count. PDF templates are fully custom layouts for invoices, quotes, orders and credit notes. Live preview shows exactly what the result looks like with real data before you save.

Three template types
Each type is optimised for its channel.
Email templates
Rich HTML formatting with logo, colours and layout. Separate fields for from, to, CC, BCC and subject. Can attach PDF documents automatically.
SMS templates
Concise plain text tailored to SMS. Sender ID can be set per template. Character count shown in the preview.
PDF templates
Fully custom document layouts for invoices, quotes, orders and credit notes. Pagination handled automatically on long line lists.
Dynamic variables
Every template fills automatically with event data.
Customer info
Name, phone, email — straight from the customer card.
Vehicle details
Plate, make, model — from the linked vehicle.
Document details
Document number, order date, invoice date, delivery date and amount.
Shop info
Name, address, phone, email and VAT number — so each shop can sign as itself.
